Welcome to our Practice

Our friendly and professional team will provide you with a personal, caring dental experience.

For your first appointment at our practice:

Please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled time to enable us to obtain the information needed to create a patient file for you.

Check with us if you need directions or parking information.

Bring a list of any medications that you are taking to assist with the recording of a comprehensive medical history.

We require full payment at each visit. Estimates can be issued following a full examination and treatment plan.

If you are in a private health fund please bring your card to each appointment. We will electronically submit a claim for you. If the claim is successful you will then pay the gap amount. Should the claim be declined you will need to pay the full amount and subsequently submit a claim yourself.

If you have a Department of Veteran’s Affairs gold card please bring your card to each appointment.

We accept payments by: EFTPOS/Visa/MasterCard or cash.

If you are coming to us from another practice you may contact them to release your records and radiographs to us. You will need to supply our details and email address. Alternatively we can arrange this for you at your first visit.

Patients attending for a check up appointment will normally see both the dentist and dental hygienist.

We confirm appointments with email and SMS reminders. Please reply to these reminders. If replying by SMS enter “ok” only.

Should you need to change your appointment time we require one full business day’s notice to allow us to fill the vacated timeslot. Missed appointments may incur charges.
